Neisa has filmed an instructional video for her "belly dance katas," which are short sequences of coordinated movement and breathing inspired by the forms martial artists use to master their techniques. These exercises are designed to help dancers focus on the feelings of correct posture, breathing, movement flow, and mental focus so that they become second nature when dancing.
